Position: Human Resources Specialist

Location: COVINGTON, GA

Job Type: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring
• Assist with HR policy administration and employee communications, helping ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied
• Maintain accurate employee and recruiting records in HRIS/ATS systems
• Coordinate performance management processes, including review cycles, documentation, and follow-up with employees and managers
• Support new hire onboarding and HR documentation
• Assist with employee relations, HR projects, and day-to-day HR operations

 

REQUIREMENT:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Highly proactive, dependable, and team oriented
• Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse work environment, building positive relationships with employees and colleagues from different backgrounds

 

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

 

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related function, preferably in a startup, manufacturing, technology, or fast-paced environment

 

SALARY:

• $60,000 – $80,000
