Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Rotisserie Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be passionate about preparing high-quality, flavorful food.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook rotisserie-style meats (such as chicken, pork, or beef) according to company recipes and standards
Operate and maintain rotisserie ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation at all times
Monitor food temperatures and cooking times to ensure consistency and quality
Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift
Assist with inventory management, restocking, and food preparation as needed
Follow all safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
