High School Special Education Teacher

Position Overview: Design and deliver individualized, evidence-based instruction that connects academic learning to real-world skills and postsecondary success. Monitor progress using formal/informal evaluations and maintain accurate documentation for IEP implementation and state compliance. Partner with families, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams to foster a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Maintain a structured, positive classroom that promotes student engagement and emotional safety. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred Active Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Knowledge of the Essential Elements of Effective Instruction (EEEI) preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?
