As an Senior Product Owner within Tempus Technologies, subsidiary of PNC, you will be based remotely. Role Purpose • Provide centralized strategy, coordination, and execution oversight across product and cross functional teams. • Ensure continuity and delivery for large, complex programs where existing product capacity is constrained. Key Responsibilities • Act as Principal Product Owner for high complexity, multi workstream initiatives. • Drive alignment across stakeholders on priorities, scope, and outcomes. • Establish and reinforce execution discipline, including backlog clarity, planning rigor, and outcome tracking. • Improve visibility and transparency across initiatives for product leadership and partners. • Step in to stabilize programs where ownership is fragmented or execution risk is elevated. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Delivery to ensure high quality outputs and outcomes. Required Experience / Expertise • Strong experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Manager on complex initiatives. • At least 8 years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Manager • Experience in Payments and/or Financial Services • Demonstrated ability to manage large backlogs, dependencies, and cross team coordination. • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders. • Proven delivery mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just artifacts. Ideal Profile • Experience serving as a lead or principal PO across multiple teams. • Background in scaling or stabilizing delivery in growing product organizations. • Familiarity with modern product delivery and agile practices.This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Description

Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Ensures the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value. Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product for business objectives. Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog. Works closely with the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), to ensure the right items are focused on during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions. Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $91,000.00 – $202,800.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
