Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Mankato, Minnesota, United States Contract Details: Full-time, 40 hours per week Facility: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) - 2 sites in Mankato We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join a team at SNF facility in Mankato, Minnesota. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, providing therapy services to patients at our two sites in Mankato. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals of all ages and conditions. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain strength, mobility, and function. Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing hands‑on therapy to help patients achieve their goals. Our ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist with a strong passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high‑quality care. Previous experience in a SNF setting is preferred, but we welcome new graduates to apply.
