You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that clients receive the best possible care tailored to their needs.This position offers…• Employee Assistance Program – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost • Mileage Reimbursement – Company paid for work functions requiring travel • Employee Discounts – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition • Workplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce • Additional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn moreKey Responsibilities:• Client Check-In: Utilize virtual, in-person, and telephonic platforms to check in clients efficiently and effectively.• Lab Coordination: Obtain labs as ordered by providers, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.• Collaborative Care: Complete screeners with clients to determine the most appropriate course of care in collaboration with the provider.• Delegated Tasks: Assist the nurse teams by handling delegated tasks efficiently and accurately.• Resource Person: Act as a valuable resource for nursing and medical issues within the clinic.• Infectious Disease Control: Oversee infectious disease control measures, ensuring client hygiene and facility health.• Nursing Assessments: Perform all necessary nursing assessments according to service line requirements, demonstrating a high level of clinical competence.• Medication Administration: Administer medications through various methods (oral, injections, etc.) as required, adhering to service line protocols.• Medication Management: Prepare medications, conduct routine medication destruction, and address client questions and medication needs.• Patient Care: Verify client data, obtain necessary physical preliminary requirements, and assist in collecting samples and vital signs.Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:• Nursing degree from an accredited school.• Current RN or LPN nursing license from the State of Missouri.• Current certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ First Aid and Medication Aid trainer.• Prior experience in adult and youth psychiatric nursing is preferred.Additional Qualifications:• Must be at least 18 years of age.• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.Physical Requirements:• Ability to perform nursing assessments and administer medications.• Ability to assist clients with mobility and personal care as needed.Brightli is on a Mission:A mission to improve client care, reduce the financial burden of community mental health centers by sharing resources, a mission to have a larger voice in advocacy to increase access to mental health and substance user care in our communities, and a mission to evolve the behavioral health industry to better meet the needs of our clients.As a behavioral and community mental health provider, we prioritize fostering a culture of belonging and connection within our workforce.
