Job Overview As a strategic consultant leader, you will develop and deliver consulting, advisory services, and insights for enterprises across the healthcare ecosystem, including health systems, payers, ACOs, technology providers, and other partners. Responsibilities Establish and grow advisory services across CHG, leading discovery, project planning, and delivery for major healthcare organizations. Develop client relationships, statements of work, and resource plans; maintain excellent customer service and alignment with core values. Serve as an informal leader and eventually lead multiple consulting teams within CHG. Drive client strategy, deliver financial and service effectiveness results, and ensure long‑term alignment and growth. Lead and professionally develop consultants and delivery team members. Develop standard processes and operations to deploy advisory services within existing internal and external frameworks. Ensure team adherence to the ECS Sales Process and internal communication framework for effective collaboration with divisional partners. Accountable for negotiated contracts, guaranteeing legal, financial, and operational compliance. Maintain and improve high levels of client satisfaction, reported annually through the Customer Experience Survey. Develop annual team budgets, production action plans, and strategies to meet revenue growth goals. Build and maintain strong cross‑divisional relationships and represent the organization in professional settings. Provide executive presence on site visits, quarterly business reviews, and guidance on monthly ledger read‑outs and daily performance. Support creation and execution of client development plans and a vision and strategy that motivates the team. Keep up to date on industry trends, develop strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement. Drive and maintain client satisfaction, set long‑term strategic objectives, and create new ways for the organization to succeed. Act as an example of CHG’s culture, core values, and servant leadership style and maintain strong C‑level relationships. Qualifications People leadership skills with servant leadership attributes. Decisiveness with ability to involve executive level stakeholders appropriately. Experience owning results without full control of teams; isolated accountability and task ownership. Outside sales skills, customer listening skills, and strong storytelling in sales. Strong business development, written and verbal communication, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills. Internal influence skills, building credibility and trust from division presidents to front‑line client reps. Willingness to influence without being the center of attention; prioritization and conflict resolution skills. Team leadership, personal development guidance, and accountability to commitments. Strong account management, listening, analytical, and negotiation abilities. Proven track record of driving results, team engagement, and developing talent. Estimated up to 20% travel for client, industry, and external offices. Bachelor’s degree required; 5–10 years of sales and account management experience in staffing or healthcare. Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience and people leadership experience; preferred staffing or consulting background. Background in healthcare or healthcare staffing and/or locum tenens staffing preferred. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $60,000 – $250,000 annually, varying by location and experience. Total target compensation includes base, commission, and bonus. 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
