Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values. Requirements: AA college diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
