Green Sage is open from 8 a.m.–4 p.m., with shifts available between 7 a.m.–4:30 p.m.—no late nights, ever.

REQUIREMENTS

• Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic about hospitality
• A genuine interest in learning kitchen skills and growing within the company
• Must have weekend availability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Comfortable on your feet for six or more hours a day
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
• Previous fast-casual, café, or restaurant experience preferred

ROLE OVERVIEW

A Team Member's primary role is to take customer orders, prepare hot and cold beverages, and serve menu items with friendly, individualized attention—always with the goal of giving every guest the best experience possible. As you grow with us, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills beyond the front counter and develop a deeper understanding of how the whole café operates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with kitchen duties—including dishwashing, food prep, and basic line cook responsibilities
• Greet every customer with fast, friendly, and personalized service
• Handle customer requests and concerns with patience and a positive attitude
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens
• Learn, practice, and safely operate all required equipment
• Take orders quickly and accurately, including proper payment and cash handling
• Prepare hot and cold beverages accurately according to house recipes
• Deliver orders to customers promptly and correctly
• Keep dining areas clean and welcoming through bussing, wiping tables, and general upkeep
• Complete prep, restocking, cleaning, side work, and opening/closing duties per company checklists
