Seeking experienced educators, the contracted Virtual Children's ESL Instructor will provide private English tutoring to children at various proficiency levels in a remote setting, typically conducting classes twice per week for two hours after school hours. Key responsibilities: Deliver personalized English language instruction to children, adapting to their individual learning goals Utilize provided textbooks and supplement lessons with authentic materials and engaging activities Manage scheduling and logistics for classes, typically held twice weekly for 2-hour sessions Required qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in ESL or language instruction Fluency in English, with strong command of language teaching methodologies Ability to create and implement customized lesson plans based on student needs Experience working with children of various age groups and proficiency levels Comfortable using virtual teaching tools and platforms for remote instruction
