Job Summary

The Women's Health Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Women's
Health Department and providing direct oversight to clinical and administrative staff. This role
ensures efficient clinic flow, maintains operational standards, and promotes an exceptional patient
experience.

Responsibilities

Staff Support and Operations
• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to Medical Assistants, Front Desk staff, and ancillary
personnel.
• Coordinate staffing assignments and arrange coverage as needed to support continuity of
patient care.
• Maintain employee timecards and ensure accurate submission of payroll-related information.
• Manage staff PTO requests and coordinate schedules to ensure appropriate coverage across

Women's Health locations.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new employees.
• Serve as a resource to staff regarding departmental workflows and best practices.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Address staff concerns and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate.

Supply and Facility Management
• Maintain inventory and oversee the ordering and distribution of clinical and office supplies
across multiple Women's Health sites.
• Ensure examination rooms are appropriately stocked, maintained, and operational across all
Women's Health sites.
• Promote and maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and organizational policies
across all Women's Health locations.

Patient Experience and Quality
• Promote exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Address patient concerns and facilitate timely resolution.
• Support quality and regulatory initiatives.
• Participate in departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Women's Health, OB/GYN, or ambulatory care experience preferred
