Principal Eng Industrial Engineering

Responsibilities Understand and execute on Capacity Planning System and methods to calculate fab capacity. Update and run the capacity model for both ramp plans and new product analyses. Analyze capacity output and make recommendations on fab tooling purchases, retrofits or transfers. Strategically lead and support various departments in improving factory output using advanced analytics. Participate in and/or lead process improvement teams and other small project technical teams. Other Responsibilities Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. Other duties as assigned by manager / supervisor. Required Qualifications Education: BS in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Science discipline. Experience: Minimum 4-5 years relevant technical experience for a high-volume manufacturing company, preferably semiconductor wafer manufacturing (minimum 3 years' experience with MS Degree). Knowledge of Factory Physics and Principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way. Travel Requirements: Up to 10%. Language Fluency: English (both Written & Verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, CoPilot, PowerPoint, Teams). Demonstrated ability to work well within a cross functional team. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments. Preferred Qualifications Education: MS in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Science discipline plus 3 years relevant IE and/or manufacturing experience. Knowledge of Factory Physics and Principles. Experience in a Semiconductor Wafer Fab or High-Volume Manufacturing Facility. Knowledge of or training in Capacity Planning Lean Six Sigma certification. Salary Expected Salary Range $85,000.00 - $146,000.00. The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
