Key Responsibilities

• Supports the creation and execution of organic social content including content review, attending shoots as necessary and tracks and reports on the effectiveness of the content.
• Develops & distributes holistic marketing calendar including LTO windows, social media, digital marketing, email campaigns and tentpole activations.
• Reviews and approves email creative and copy in support of Digital Marketing Team.
• Measures, monitors, and reports on the effectiveness of marketing efforts (e.g., national campaigns, testing, third-party agreements, systems development and support, training development, toolkits, etc.) against key metrics to identify adjustments needed to successfully achieve objectives and goals.
• Keeps abreast of industry trends and competitor analyses and makes appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
• Maintains the relationship with the print vendor ensuring data accuracy, timeline generation, print and delivery execution.
• Manages the print platform (DOKSHOP)
• Manages marketing relationship with vendors and suppliers including maintaining partner brand standards, approval processes and asset sharing.
• Runs and manages Marketing Service Desk, the first point of contact with the franchisee system.
• Manages fundraising program.
• Acts as an ambassador for the brand.
• Other duties as required within the scope of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years related experience in Brand marketing. Graphic design experience a plus.
• Strong creative writing skills and ability to tell the brand story in communications. Copy writing experience a plus.
• Must possess excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• A service-focus and high commitment to excellence.
• Self-initiator with the ability to solve problems.
• Must be highly organized and task oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple deadlines, and adapt readily to changing priorities.
• Strong computer skills a must, including Outlook; Excel; MS Word; database query tools; MS PowerPoint, etc.
