Line Cook
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our fine dining kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in creating exceptional food experiences.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items according to chef standards and recipes
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality during service
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen staff during service
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous line cook experience preferred, especially in upscale or fine dining restaurants
- Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume kitchen
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
