We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to join our team, supporting our mission to help people achieve their fitness goals. Job Description As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. Your friendly and professional demeanor will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for everyone who enters our facility. This is a part‑time position with a focus on afternoon and evening shifts, making it an ideal opportunity for students or those seeking supplemental income. Responsibilities Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. Check‑in members, provide access cards, and assist with inquiries. Handle incoming phone calls and address member questions or concerns. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Process membership and retail sales transactions accurately. Enforce gym policies and safety protocols. Assist in resolving member issues and provide exceptional customer service. Assist with light administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills. Availability for afternoon and evening shifts as specified. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment. Basic computer skills for data entry and member check‑in. Knowledge or interest in fitness and wellness.
