Job Description As a Security Officer Loss Prevention Specialist in BEVERLY HILLS, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue09:30 AM - 06:00 PMWed09:30 AM - 06:00 PMThur09:30 AM - 06:00 PMFri09:30 AM - 06:00 PMSat09:30 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a luxury retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and unusual conditions to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including customer service concerns, medical incidents, and alarm activations. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with store personnel, customers, vendors, and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
