Associate Dentist

*Duties*

* Perform a wide range of dental procedures with precision and confidence
* Conduct thorough patient assessments .
* Utilize Open Dental software to document patient records accurately and efficiently while maintaining HIPAA compliance
* Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and adhere to strict sterilization standards to ensure patient safety
* Educate patients on treatment options and be available for questions and concerns.
* Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize workflow and enhance patient comfort
* Maintain detailed dental documentation and ensure all procedures comply with dental terminology standards and legal requirements

*Requirements*

* Valid dental license with eligibility to practice in the state Pennsylvania.
* Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs comprehensively and communicate effectively
* Ability to perform dental procedures confidently
* Prior experience working in a fast-paced dental office or clinic setting is highly preferred
* Salary will depend on chosen type of employment and experience
