Schedule: Full-Time | Part-Time | Shift Type: Days Position Overview Virtus Healthcare Staffing is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join a partner's team at an Ivy Rehab HSS Physical Therapy Center of Excellence in Water Mill, NY. This role is ideal for a dedicated outpatient orthopedic clinician who values a patient-centered approach and wants to work with a diverse range of ages and diagnoses.

Qualifications Required: • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program. • Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York. • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.


Preferred: • Experience with a variety of patient ages and diagnoses. • New graduates are encouraged to apply. • Interest in specializing in areas such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Vestibular, or Sports.


Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Excellence • Provide individualized, patient-centered outpatient orthopedic care. • Design and implement treatment plans for patients with varying diagnoses. • Maintain a reasonable caseload to allow for focused, high-quality patient care.


Professional Development & Growth • Collaborate and learn from a team of experienced clinicians. • Pursue specialties and passions through a Professional Education Planning (PEP) program. • Participate in a Clinical Career Ladder, Leadership Development courses, and specialized residency programs. • Collaborate with staff from the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) for continuous learning.
