Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver clinical services predominantly through video conferencing, maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs. \n
- Conduct continuous assessments to determine therapeutic needs and goals, ensuring that treatment plans are up-to-date and effective. \n
- Facilitate the development and implementation of individualized service plans, focusing on person-centered and recovery-oriented approaches. \n
- Guide clients in enhancing essential life skills, including coping mechanisms, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication abilities. \n
- Educate clients about available community resources and advocate for their access to necessary services to promote comprehensive support. \n
- Monitor client progress and adapt interventions as required, remaining responsive to changes in client circumstances and treatment goals. \n
- Participate in regular supervision and peer collaboration meetings to ensure continual professional development and quality service provision. \n
The primary client demographic includes individuals aged 18 and over who may be experiencing various levels of mental illness or distress. Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Georgia is required. \n
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory. \n
- A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, showcasing your ability to handle diverse client needs and situations. \n
