Production Team Manager

Overview BlueOval SK, a joint venture between Ford and SKOn, is building advanced battery manufacturing facilities in Kentucky and Tennessee. As a Production Team Manager at the Glendale, Kentucky site, you will play a pivotal role in launching the plant and shaping its culture, processes, and performance. Key Responsibilities Plan and develop your production area in line with the facility Production System. Implement strategies to embed the plant’s vision, mission and values into a high‑performing, empowered team. Lead change efforts and establish BOSK manufacturing standards throughout the plant. Develop and coach direct reports, enabling them to reach their full potential. Manage a mixed team of hourly and salaried employees, ensuring they are trained, supported and aligned with business objectives. Drive production planning and execution, meeting performance and quality targets. Identify and remove internal barriers, securing required resources and aligning system objectives. Head transformation and change‑management initiatives across the organization. Build organizational capability through coaching, development and knowledge transfer. Ensure continuous improvement and business results through data‑driven decision making.
