Job TitlePay Range: $18.00hr - $20.00hrRequirement/Must Have:Minimum 1-2 years of experience directly related to desktop support.Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair in a Windows-based environment.Basic network troubleshooting skills.Possession of a valid driver’s license.Strong customer service skills.Responsibilities:Interface with agency users remotely and in person to provide technical support.Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware and software in a Windows environment.Execute basic network troubleshooting tasks.Maintain high standards of customer service during all user interactions.Skills:Desktop Support.Windows Environment.Hardware Troubleshooting.Software Installation.Network Troubleshooting.Customer Service.Qualification And Education:Valid driver’s license.Physical Requirements (Due to nature of job, the candidate must have):Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.Ability to work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time.
