Sure Thing Cleaning is seeking experienced individual residential cleaners for customer homes throughout Columbus and selected nearby suburbs, including Westerville, Worthington, New Albany, Upper Arlington, Hilliard, Lewis Center, Powell, and Dublin. This is an independent-contractor opportunity, not an hourly employee position. Each cleaning has a fixed total payout disclosed in advance, generally targeted to equal approximately $30–$35 per hour spent cleaning. Actual effective earnings vary by the cleaning and time required. Jobs, hours and income are not guaranteed. Contractors determine their availability and regular service areas. Applicants must have meaningful professional private-home cleaning experience, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a smartphone, their own professional supplies and equipment, and current liability insurance or willingness to obtain it. Background screening is required before onboarding. Sure Thing Cleaning approves contractors individually. You must personally complete every cleaning assigned to you; employees, crews, helpers and substitutes may not attend.
