Registered Nurse ICU

$2325.60/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced ICU RN for a critical care float pool position requiring flexibility to work various ICU environments. The role involves providing advanced patient care in fast-paced, high-acuity settings, ensuring optimal outcomes. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive critical care nursing to ICU patients across multiple units including neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, ED, and PACU. Float seamlessly between departments, adapting to different protocols and patient needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Perform and document assessments, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatments accordingly. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Complete competency assessments within 24 hours of assignment to verify clinical skills. Qualifications: Valid RN license with at least 2 years of ICU experience in a Level I trauma center. Epic EMR proficiency and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred. Able to care for neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, and ED/PACU patients.
