A newly hired Therapist/Behavioral Health Service Provider can receive a sign on bonus of up to $5,000.00, depending on the service agreement chosen. Service contracts are for 1, 2, or 3 years. Responsibilities include: Providing evidence based psychotherapy interventions Providing clinical assessment and treatment planning Crisis support as needed within parameters of an outpatient clinic Completion of administrative tasks such as documentation and case management Participation in team meetings Disclaimer: This role requires flexibility to transport clients/patients to organization‑sponsored services or resources that address their basic and clinical needs. Drivers transporting clients/patients or driving company vehicles are to be age 21 or greater. For those using their personal vehicles to transport clients/patients, a certificate of insurance is required demonstrating a minimum coverage of $100,000 (bodily injury), $300,000 (property damage), and $100,000 (uninsured motorist protection). What We're Looking For Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (LMFT) (fully or provisionally licensed or license eligible) required 2 years clinical work experience preferred Ability to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop and implement viable treatment plans Experience in individual and group therapy including recovery work Excellent listening and communication skills Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred About Blue Ridge Health At Blue Ridge Health our mission is to improve Health, inspire Hope, and advance Healing through access to Compassionate, Affordable, and Quality Care.
