To support a dynamic Talent Acquisition team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer will proactively research, identify, and engage potential candidates, focusing on sourcing, recruiting, and selecting high-performing talent aligned with company culture. Key responsibilities Executes sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting processes to ensure service excellence and a positive candidate experience Implements and develops sourcing strategies for proactive talent management through various channels Builds networks to find qualified passive candidates and communicates search status regularly to the team Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 1-2 years of demonstrated talent sourcing experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Proficiency and experience with ICIMS tracking systems preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
