Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented iGRC Data & Compliance Analyst to support the implementation of an integrated Governance, Risk, and Compliance (iGRC) solution within ServiceNow. The role focuses on data entry, data analysis, quality assurance, fact-checking, and ensuring data accuracy across compliance and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain controls, risks, policies, and related records in ServiceNow iGRC
- Perform data validation, analysis, fact-checking, and quality assurance activities
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and compliance issues; escalate findings as needed
- Conduct QA reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to compliance standards
- Support data migration, configuration validation, and content population activities
- Collaborate with control testers, compliance teams, and implementation stakeholders
- Track, document, and communicate quality findings and status updates
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with iGRC implementations or GRC platform administration (ServiceNow GRC/IRM preferred)
- Experience with data entry, data validation, and quality control in compliance or risk environments
- Knowledge of GRC concepts including controls, risks, policies, and compliance frameworks (SOX, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Teams, and data reconciliation
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow IRM or Policy & Compliance modules
- Knowledge of control testing and audit evidence standards
- Experience supporting enterprise compliance or risk programs
- ServiceNow CSA or GRC certification is a plus
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $48.00-$50.00 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
