Join us and help continue our proud tradition of excellent service to our community.Position SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with the HR Manager to design, coordinate, and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. This role is dedicated to managing the full-cycle recruiting process, building candidate pipelines, and promoting the Firm as a premier workplace.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to meet staffing needs across the organizationManaging the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidatesReviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesCoordinating and scheduling interviews, and preparing interview packets for hiring managersMaintaining accurate interview records and candidate tracking documentationBuilding and maintaining talent pipelines through networking, job boards, social media, and community outreachCollaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirementsAssisting with employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and retentionCoordinating pre-employment screenings, background checks, and reference checksSupporting new hire onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive candidate-to-employee experienceMaintaining recruitment records and reports, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulationsEnsuring case management software (CMS) feed is cleared dailyEnsuring emails are cleared dailyPerforming other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR roleHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferredKnowledge of recruiting best practices, including sourcing and selection techniquesStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managersProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive candidate experiencePreferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)Bilingual in English and SpanishGGRM Law Firm provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
