Veterinary Technician

Job Overview We have 3 wonderful veterinarians whom we support with a fantastic team. We offer high quality general medicine in a clean, easily accessible facility with modern equipment. We enjoy a friendly clientele and our patients are primarily dogs, cats and occasional exotic pets. Our team has very little turnover and enjoys genuine camaraderie and fun on the job. Qualifications & Attributes Full‑time Monday thru Saturday (5 days per week) Professional, mature, positive attitude, team‑oriented, hard working, good listener, friendly, reliable, honest, confident Compassionate and kind towards all patients and staff Strong communication skills, written and verbal Experience working with the public in a stressful environment Strong computer and multi‑tasking skills Ability to handle busy and slow situations and remain productive Ability to follow verbal instructions Experienced technical skills including dentistry and dental X‑rays Minimum of 5 years veterinary experience preferred Must be able to work opening and closing shifts Schedule flexibility required Schedule & Compensation Base salary $26.00 to $28.50 per hour Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday; closed Sunday Benefits Medical, dental, vision and 401(k) program Employee pet discount Equal Opportunity Employer National Veterinary Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
