Job Summary

The Wellness Ambassador is the heart of the guest’s spa journey, ensuring every interaction feels warm, seamless, and personalized. From the first greeting to the final farewell, this role is dedicated to anticipating needs, creating memorable moments, and delivering flawless service. The Wellness Ambassador connects guests with treatments, amenities, and homecare recommendations, all while embodying our promise of excellence.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is required.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a guest-facing role; prior spa or resort experience preferred.

• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) and booking systems (e.g., Book4Time).

• Strong computer skills and accurate typing ability.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to operate standard office equipment (phone, calculator, fax, printer, copier).

• Is able to manage details with precision, staying highly organized while multitasking in a dynamic front-of-house environment.

• Can thrive in a fast-paced, luxury spa setting while maintaining composure, professionalism, and a calm presence.

• Can apply knowledge of spa etiquette, sanitation practices, and service standards to ensure a safe, welcoming, and polished environment.

• Has the self-motivation to take initiative, anticipate guest needs, and proactively support smooth operations without constant supervision.

• Is able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, supporting teamwork and contributing to a positive and professional spa atmosphere.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Can bend, stoop, reach above and below the waist, push, pull, and climb stairs or ladders as needed.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and assist with light physical tasks when needed.
