Equipment may involve bicycles, exercise machines, snowboards, skis, hockey skates and sticks, baseball gloves and bats, golf clubs, racquet sports, archery arrows, paintball markers, and other merchandise in a Scheels StoreOrder and follow up with vendors for repair partsSafely fill CO2 and compressed air tanks for paintball markersMaintain accurate and detailed records for store and customer equipmentAssist with delivering and loading customer equipment and merchandise at the store and to customer residencesAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedural manualsMust be flexible to work assigned schedules between 9 am and 9 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 11 am and 6 pm on Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysEducation & Experience:The ideal candidate must possess a clean, valid driver's license and be willing to obtain DOT certification and meet Scheels driving standards. Mechanical knowledge is preferredPhysical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.Very heavy work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work.Scheels cares about the health and safety of our Associates.
