Sales Support Specialist

Sales Operations Support • Manage sales funnel reporting and forecasting reports for Leadership. • Support new contract and contract renewal administration, ensuring proper documentation, tracking and follow-up. • Assist with process mapping across the organization to identify inefficiencies, bottleneck and opportunities for improvement. • Develop and support scalable sales processes that improve team productivity, accountability and reporting accuracy. • Analyze sales activity, client data and account trends to identify new growth opportunities within current client relationships. HubSpot / CRM Management • Identify and implement process improvements using HubSpot functionality, including automation, workflows and tools. • Help document and standardize CRM processes for consistent use across the sales team. • Maintain and improve CRM data quality through ongoing data hygiene processes. • Create, update and manage reports/dashboards for sales activity, pipeline visibility and performance metrics. • Support Marketing initiatives through HubSpot integrations, campaign tracking, lead flow management and sales/marketing alignment. • Provide ad hoc reporting, analysis, and administrative support to Sales Leadership as needed. • All other duties as assigned. Skills and Experience • At least three years of experience in sales support, sales operations, CRM administrator, marketing operations, or business operations or related experience is required. • Hands-on experience with HubSpot strongly preferred; experience with similar CRM platforms may also be considered. • Strong understanding of CRM data management, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation. • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear insights, recommendations, and process improvements. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and internal stakeholders. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams. • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams. Education and Qualifications • Associate's degree in business or related field is required, or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
