Position: Project Manager Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Systems Management, or related field (U.S. or foreign equivalent). Minimum one year of experience as an assistant project manager on multimillion‑dollar commercial or residential construction projects, with competency in reading and interpreting technical documents such as blueprints and construction schematics for cost estimation and schedule coordination. Willingness to travel 100% and relocate every 9 to 24 months to manage projects at various sites across the U.S. Subject to background check and drug testing. Responsibilities Plan, direct, and coordinate all phases of multimillion‑dollar commercial construction projects, including conceptual development, planning, resource allocation, execution, and procurement to ensure successful delivery. Lead BIM coordination and manage design integration efforts, including submittals and RFIs, to ensure constructability and design intent alignment. Manage project documentation—including contracts, permits, and change orders—and ensure compliance with applicable codes, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Oversee daily site operations, conduct inspections, and enforce QA/QC standards by reviewing inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans to adhere to schedule, safety, and quality benchmarks. Implement company‑wide QA/QC programs and maintain compliance. Manage project financials: budgeting, forecasting, change order approval, and profitability tracking. Manage project risks: identify threats to schedule, budget, safety, or compliance; implement mitigation strategies; maintain a comprehensive risk register with regular updates. Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, leading progress meetings and representing the company in client‑facing communications and presentations. Analyze KPIs, prepare executive reports on project status, and conduct closeout evaluations to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
