No‑shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix correctly the first time. Sharp eye for detail and commitment to tightened bolts and perfected welds. Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Team‑first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front‑office staff. Must be eligible to work in the United States with no restrictions. Ensure quality reassembly—fit and finish matter. Work as part of a team to move vehicles through the process efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
