ERG Program Manager

ERG Program Manager The ERG Program Manager is a critical part of the Corporate Citizenship Team. This role manages a portfolio of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and drives growth, success, and business goals, aligning initiatives across functions and organizational strategy. Responsibilities Lead ERGs in the development of annual business plans and ensure strategic alignment with global strategy. Develop and implement governance for the ERGs to align with company goals, values, and business impact. Create cultural strategy with ERG, paired with a capacity plan, and guide cross‑team work. Plan, forecast, and manage budget; report actuals with ERGs. Facilitate ERG communications strategy, manage leadership communication, and coordinate agency/consultant engagements. Track and measure impact and effectiveness of ERG initiatives. Manage project plans within the portfolio, using agile methodology. Prioritize and execute process changes on key opportunities, streamline ERG practices. Partner across the enterprise to integrate ERG initiatives into business guidance, policy, and practices. Demonstrate stakeholder orientation, problem solving, workload management, influencing, and impact measurement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience, with extensive ERG experience implementing and sustaining strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong project management, change management, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize workload and communicate expectations to stakeholders. Strong written, oral, executive presentation, and interpersonal skills.
