Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,595 per week

Physical Therapists – PT THER – Travel TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an immediate opening in Tawas City, Michigan. Job ID #1428996. Travel assignment: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts. Tax‑free stipend to be determined. Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in an acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff such as therapy technicians. Bill within the facility settings according to guidelines. Comply with each state’s PT board rules and regulations. Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to establish a team‑focused plan of care. Understand and utilize adaptive equipment. Create and modify plan of care based on patient condition. Use the medical center computer systems for daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Requirements Minimum 6 months experience (new graduates encouraged); exceptional candidates may qualify with 1 year. Licensed Physical Therapist in the applicable state; proof of state‑specific licensing. BLS certification required. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; stand, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty. Compensation Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts at 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
