Customer Service Representative Description Alco Air is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the voice of our company. You’ll be the first point of contact—helping customers with their plumbing and HVAC needs, getting them scheduled fast, and making sure they feel confident they called the right place. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and help customers get scheduled quickly Assist customers with plumbing and HVAC service needs Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and technicians Handle a high call volume while staying organized and efficient Enter and update customer information accurately Help prioritize calls, including urgent and emergency requests Deliver a great customer experience on every call Requirements Previous CSR or call center experience in an HVAC or Plumbing company required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable following call scripts and processes. Knowledge of Service Titan a plus! Lead Installer Description Alco Air is looking for an experienced Lead Installer who takes pride in clean, code‑perfect work and knows that a great installation is about more than equipment—it's about the customer experience from start to finish. In this role, you'll run your own installs, mentor your assistant, and set the standard the rest of the team measures up to. With a performance‑based pay structure offering $80 K+ earning potential, your skill and drive directly shape your paycheck. Responsibilities Create a customer experience that exceeds the expectations set by the SRM or Comfort Advisor Maintain professionalism and clear communication throughout the installation, ensuring the customer is fully prepared to operate their new HVAC system upon completion Install HVAC systems—including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini‑splits, and ductwork—to minimum standards and installation manual requirements Perform thorough start‑up and testing of installed systems to ensure proper operation, and complete and sign the Safety, Quality, and Assurance Report Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment as required, completing and signing the Job Site Hazard Analysis Report (JHAR) before beginning work Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, and call into the Project Management Team upon completion to communicate any issues and replenishment needs Collaborate with team members and project managers to complete installations on schedule Stay current with industry standards, building codes, and licensing requirements Requirements At least 1 year of experience leading HVAC installations (required) EPA Certification Exceptional communication and customer service skills Strong problem‑solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights Working Conditions This role regularly involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments with extreme variations in temperature. Climbing, heavy lifting, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and reaching are all required. You should be able to work in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces, lift 50 pounds, and push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items. The role occasionally requires working at heights of 15 feet or more above ground and calls for good visual acuity — close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception. Willingness to work hours outside the normal schedule when needed is expected. Install Assistant Responsibilities Responsible for the proper installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Work with and follow the guidance of the Lead Installer to ensure the installation is executed properly to code and industry standards Communicate with customers before, during, and after installation to ensure a 5‑star experience Ensure customers’ home is fully protected and cared for during the installation process Complete pre‑install, safety, and post‑install checklist accurately Requirements 6 months work experience in HVAC industry as an HVAC install helper preferred EPA Certification High School diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and approved to drive by company’s insurance carrier Working Conditions Regularly works in indoor/outdoor elements with extreme variation in temperatures. Climbing, heavy lifting, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and reaching are required. Ability to work in tight spaces such as attics and/or crawlspaces, ability to lift 50 pounds, to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items, occasionally work from heights 15 feet or higher above ground, have good visual acuity to see and focus close, at a distance, and with normal peripheral vision and normal depth perception.
