Stock ManagerEach and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Stock Manager.ResponsibilitiesThe Stock Manager is responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity, efficiency and customer service as well as managing the team responsible stocking items on the shelves and ensuring the neat, orderly condition of the store.Maintain a high level of productivity, efficiency and customer serviceNot a supervisory roleEnsure customer service goals are continuously metFormulate and enforce picking goals for each area/zone of the warehouse.Ensure dock to stock for most lines within 72 hours.Work with purchasing to develop and implement procedures for unloading orders from vendors and stocking them on our shelves.Ensure trucks/ trailers are efficiently and accurately loaded/ unloaded to support the efficient movement of goods and materials to their destinations to fulfill commitment to our customers and support sales objectives.Work with dispatchers and outbound production team to enhance customer service via delivery vehicles.Check in and post orders from hubs and vendorsMaintain an accurate count of inventoryAssist parts pullers to locate and identify partsHandle damaged deliveries, report damaged merchandise to shippers and vendorsCoordinate with store manager and purchasing on inventory updates and replacementsPerform other related duties as assignedOversee operations:Maintain a meticulous standard for cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the warehouse.Maintain a safe working environment.
