Transportation Marketing Intern

Position Overview Transportation Marketing Intern in HDR’s Transportation Business Group. This internship provides support to marketing initiatives related to transportation projects and helps build professional experience in content creation, data management, and asset cataloging. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the marketing team to support marketing initiatives. Shadow and assist marketing staff with the preparation of materials, including proposals, presentations, brochures, award submittals, and announcements. Develop, review, and edit content for resumes, project descriptions, and other marketing material. Develop and coordinate text and graphics and edit page layouts. Maintain the CRM system and perform other data‑driven tasks. Catalogue marketing assets. Perform other duties as needed. Ideal Candidate Approximately 20 hours per week on‑site with mentorship from a marketing professional. This position does not offer remote work. Preferred Qualifications Completed 2 years toward a degree with GPA 3.0 or higher. Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to the field of study or industry. Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. Attention to detail is a must. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Basic Microsoft Office skills.
