The salary range for this position is expected to be between $[130,000-150,000] per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

About the Role:

Senior Manager, Product (CPG/Beverage)

Own end-to-end product strategy, commercialization, and performance in the U.S. market. This role operates as a business owner, driving cross-functional execution across product, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy, positioning, pricing, and portfolio planning
• Own go-to-market execution and product launches
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Oversee distribution, retail execution, and channel strategy
• Manage KPIs including revenue, margin, and market performance

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in product/brand or commercial roles within CPG (food & beverage preferred)
• Proven experience leading U.S. product commercialization end-to-end
• Strong business ownership and cross-functional leadership
• Understanding of U.S. and Korean cultural trends; Korean language strongly preferred
