About the Role:

A leading global law firm is seeking a talented Mid- to Senior-Level Associate (JD class years 2017–2023) to join its premier Real Estate practice group in New York City. This role offers the opportunity to advise top-tier clients on complex, high-value real estate transactional matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial real estate transactions, including:
• Mezzanine financing and preferred equity transactions
• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Joint venture agreements
• Refinancing deals
• Conduct and oversee thorough due diligence for sophisticated commercial property transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless legal and strategic counsel to clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Class Years: 2017 – 2023 graduate.
• Licensure: Active bar admission in New York.
• Experience: Proven experience handling mezzanine finance, acquisitions, joint ventures, and refinancing deals within a sophisticated real estate practice.
• Skills: Exceptional business acumen, analytical capability, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
