Job Duties

• Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner
• Able to up-sell and cross-sell
• Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
• Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
• Record, organize, and file customer interactions and profile/account changes
• Able to address returns and shipping tracking numbers

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.
• Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred. Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
• Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.
• Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Customer Service Representative.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
• Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
