Responsibilities The Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while managing check‑in and check‑out processes, handling reservations, and serving as the primary point of contact for guests. This role creates a welcoming first and last impression and ensures a positive guest experience throughout their stay. A Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor works overnight to manage front desk operations while also handling basic accounting tasks for the hotel’s daily financials. Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure Perform guest check‑in and check‑out efficiently and accurately Process room reservations, cancellations, and modifications Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously Resolve guest issues or elevate to management as needed Process payments, room charges, and refunds accuratelyMaintain accurate guest records and cash handling procedures Answer incoming calls and route messages appropriately Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Basic computer and reservation system proficiency Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Ability to handle electronic payments accurately Professional appearance and demeanor #J-18808-Ljbffr ViziRecruiter,LLC.
