By helping patients safely compare and book procedures, Doctours is building the trusted platform for one of the fastest-growing categories in medical travel, moving quickly to redefine how people access global healthcare services. Job Description Join Doctours as our Growth Marketing Specialist to build and own our creator‑led acquisition engine from the ground up. Working from our New York office, you will hunt for influencers, manage outreach, and scale a UGC program. This is a high‑impact, independent role perfect for a hustle‑oriented marketer ready to drive revenue. Location New York, USA Why this role is remarkable Full ownership of the growth function with no management layers, allowing you to build, run, and iterate on your own playbook. Backed by the LAUNCH fund, you will be part of a tiny, fast‑moving team disrupting a massive, high‑growth medical travel market. Directly impact revenue and company scaling by turning cold outreach into high‑performing creator partnerships in an early‑stage environment. What You Will Do Identify and source high‑potential creators and influencers on TikTok and other platforms that align with the medical tourism category. Execute high‑volume cold outreach via DMs and email to pitch, negotiate, and close affiliate and UGC program partnerships. Manage the entire partnership pipeline from initial contact to content activation, ensuring a steady stream of creator‑led customer acquisition. The ideal candidate Proven track record of building and scaling B2C creator or influencer programs, specifically sourcing talent and running outreach at volume. Deep fluency in TikTok’s algorithm and content trends, with the ability to identify creators who drive engagement and conversions.
