Qualia sits at the center of the real estate closing workflow, and now we're building payments infrastructure integrated directly into the Closings experience.As Senior Product Manager for Payments, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of this product from the ground up. You will drive the development of end-to-end payment flows, introduce new payment rails, and deliver an experience that delights our customers and end users.If you have built payments products and want a rare opportunity to define an entirely new category, then this could be the perfect opportunity.RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the end-to-end payments product strategy, right from assessing market opportunities and defining the vision to shipping and iterating in productionPartner with Design to craft a best-in-class payments experience tailored to the unique demands of real estate closingsIntegrate with multiple payment rails to maximize speed, optionality, and value for customersCollaborate with Engineering and Design to break ambitious goals into shippable, iterable milestones that deliver value fastWork with cross-functional teams such as Strategy, Legal, Risk, Operations, Bank Partners, and Product Marketing to build high-impact featuresMaintain a prioritized roadmap that maximizes customer value while balancing technical complexity and riskWrite crisp, compelling product requirements documents that clearly frame the problem, success criteria, and contextAnalyze adoption and engagement data rigorously, using what you learn to sharpen priorities and improve the product with every iterationYOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building exceptional software productsProven experience building payments products spanning multiple payment methods: ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and checksKnowledge of real estate, title, lending, or insurance industries is a plusExperience with Agile Product Development methodologies and scoping, executing, and delivering products to marketAnalytical and strategic with a proven track record of using data to validate assumptionsOriented towards solving problems through listening, disambiguating, asking questions, and negotiating trade-offsExperience creating roadmaps and communicating them to executivesExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with high-level decision-makersWhile this role is based in Austin, Texas, we're open to exploring remote possibilities for qualified candidates.
