Highly motivated, qualified and client service-oriented Project Manager specializing in Construction Management Field supervision of trained technicians and junior engineers Translate and implement project plans and special provisions Evaluate and document construction operations Complete required project documentation including progress payments and contract changes to achieve final project acceptance Ensure quality control activities are performed for all assigned work and back check work of others Interact and communicate effectively with design team members, clients and other agencies Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering 10+ years of progressive experience in construction inspection and construction layout staking Familiarity with Wisconsin Department of Transportation construction engineering practices, standards and documentation Good decision-making skills, flexibility, focus on quality and attention to detail Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and Power Point) Preferred knowledge of topographic and construction surveying Preferred understanding of DOT’s consulting expectations and needs Preferred experience in roadway design using Civil 3D National Corrosion Engineer (NACE) Certified Coatings Inspector a plus Preferred experience with scheduling software – Primavera (P6) and/or MS Scheduler #J-18808-Ljbffr BLOOM COMPANIES LLC
