Progress through RBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level Position Details Position Type: Full‑Time Schedule: Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs Hours are not guaranteed Start Date: Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check Responsibilities Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center‑based and/or home‑based settings Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients Collect and record data to track client progress Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards Qualifications At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Reliable attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
