Responsibilities & Qualifications Six to nine years of experience advising clients on electric power regulatory matters. Strong legal drafting skills and legal research skills. Experience with administrative litigation before FERC. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong legal writing and academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Willingness to take ownership of matters, engage regularly with clients, and contribute meaningfully to the continued success of our practice. Compensation Base Compensation: $350,000 – $415,000 per year. The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
