: NOW HIRING: Division Logistics Manager - Select Genetics Location: Osceola, Iowa Full-Time | Exempt | Competitive Pay + Benefits (including health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401k matching, HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off Pay: Salary Range- $70,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience Select Genetics is seeking a Division Logistics Manager in Osceola, IA to lead and coordinate transportation operations in a fast-paced, animal agriculture environment. If you're ready to oversee fleet logistics, manage teams, and ensure live animal safety while driving strategic improvements—we want you! ? What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily dispatch and coordination of transportation crews and equipment
• Manage fleet maintenance, compliance, and DOT regulations
• Lead and develop a team of up to 20 employees
• Ensure safety, biosecurity, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers across multiple states
• Support budget goals, cost controls, and inventory accuracy

What You'll Need: Required:

• Transportation logistics experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Tech savvy—Microsoft Office & logistics software
• General Business Knowledge/Training
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred:

• Poultry or livestock transportation experience
• Associate degree in logistics or related field
• CDL Class A License

Physical & Work Environment: This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll regularly work both indoors and outdoors, in varied weather conditions, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
