Pharmacy Manager- $50,000 Sign On Bonus Available

Position Summary Lead the pharmacy team to deliver high‑quality patient care in a community setting. What you’ll do Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and manage other pharmacy programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations. Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signage, and adequate inventory levels. Model and enforce customer‑service best practices to ensure all patient needs are resolved within company guidelines. Lead community outreach initiatives and encourage associates to act as community ambassadors. Maintain compliance with company and legal policies by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews. What you bring Proficiency in working effectively with patients and healthcare providers. Expertise in data analysis to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes. Competence in financial data analysis to support informed business decisions. Experience managing pharmacy operations, including staff supervision. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (or equivalent). Current valid pharmacy license. Completion of an ACPE‑accredited immunization training program. Preferred Qualifications U.S. pharmacy‑related experience. Location 150 Western Ave NW, Faribault, MN 55021‑4504, United States Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range: $112,000 – $197,000, plus performance bonuses.
