Commercial Director, LUMAKRAS Brand Marketing Location: US Remote – requires travel to Thousand Oaks, CA or other parts of the country once a month. Role Overview Lead the brand strategy and commercial execution for LUMAKRAS® in the Non‑Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) indication within the Oncology Business Unit. Key Responsibilities Shape brand strategy for post‑launch and drive differentiation. Develop promotional tactics with market research and agency partners; translate insights to unbranded and branded collateral. Manage HCP messaging and ensure continuous improvement. Lead peer‑to‑peer strategy and speaker bureau execution. Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Payer/Access, Corporate Communications, Operations, Global, and Marketing Analytics to align strategy. Engage customers and opinion leaders; incorporate real‑time feedback into tactics. Coordinate with sales to optimize performance and resolve execution barriers. Represent the brand in organizational initiatives and cross‑functional best‑practice sharing. Oversee compliance, internal legal, regulatory, and medical review of all materials. Manage budgets, monitor performance, and ensure cost‑effective delivery. Hire, develop, and coach direct reports; build a culture of accountability. Present strategic plans and performance to senior leadership. Basic Qualifications Doctorate and 4 years of marketing experience. Or Master’s and 6 years of marketing experience. Or Bachelor’s and 9 years of marketing experience. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD, MD) in marketing, healthcare management, or related fields. Significant biotech/pharmaceutical experience, preferably oncology, hematology, or rare disease. Deep understanding of the oncology marketplace, trends, and barriers. Experience in account marketing, sales, or related field. Strong analytics skills to translate data into insights and actions. Experience working on companion diagnostic assets. Knowledge of marketing legal/regulatory environment and MAC SOPs. Entrepreneurial mindset with judgment and ethical standards. Excellent communication and self‑awareness of leadership style. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive alignment. Proven ability to manage ambiguity and navigate complexity. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $184,336 – $249,396 (U.S.).
